How do your pet odor neutralizing candles work?

Our pet odor neutralizing candles work by using a specially formulated blend of natural ingredients that help to absorb and neutralize unpleasant pet odors in the air. The combination of clean burning fragrance oils and other odor-fighting agents work together to eliminate odors at their source, rather than simply masking them. When you burn our candles, you can enjoy a fresh and clean-smelling home without the worry of harsh chemicals or overpowering scents.

Can your candles be used around all types of pets?

At our company, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality candles that are safe for households with dogs and cats. However, we recommend exercising caution if you have pet birds or animals with sensitive respiratory systems, as our candles may not be suitable for their environments. It's important to always consider the safety and well-being of your pets when using any scented products in your home. Consult your veterinarian if you are unsure about the safety of your exotic/avian companions when burning this candle in your home. 

How long does each candle typically last?

Our largest candle has a burn time of approximately 40 hours, while our smaller candles may burn for around 10-20 hours. The exact duration can also be affected by factors such as room temperature and draftiness.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee or return policy for your candles?

We want you to love your candle purchase from our company! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thebuckeyecandleco@gmail.com. Upon approval of your return, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

If you received a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement.
